The easiest way to reach this is to hire teachers without any or less experience.Many teachers in private Mandarin school are overwhelmed by too many students and lessons soyou can't count on them to prepare the lessons well.Flexibility leads to no commitment.If most of your classmates stop taking the lessons,a school may cancel the left lessons immediately because they won’t get more benefits and wait for others to join.There is one more thing you should bring into consideration and make sure is whether the school you chose can provide you a VISA,ask how many hours per week you'll need to attend in order to get the VISA.
